About the Presentation
Susan is back to share with us her skill at making Armenian Puklavah. You can bake along with Susan during this video! Download the recipe which includes a list of ingredients and directions, as well as special recollections from Susan about learning to make it as a child at her grandmother’s side. Susan first shared the recipe and techniques at the 1988 Festival of America in Washington, D.C., sponsored by the Smithsonian Institution where Susan represented the Armenian community in Massachusetts through dance workshops and making puklavah.
