Full-time registration fees for lodging, meals, and activities

Guided outdoor activities

Hulbert Outdoor Center offers a two-hour guided nature hike on Saturday and a two-hour guided canoe tour of Lake Morey on Sunday. If you are interested in either of these, please sign up when you register on the Full-time or Part-time Registration Form, as space is limited and will fill fast!

Registration

Consider becoming an FAC member!

Before you register, join the Folk Arts Center ($30 per young adult aged 21–29; $50 per adult aged 30 and up; $100 per family) and save $10 on the registration fee per young adult, adult, or teen camper. Your membership will be good through the following year.

Work exchange

A few camper slots may be available offering a $100 discount in exchange for work at the admission table, sweeping, and other jobs.

Conny Taylor Oktoberfest Scholarship

In memory of Conny Taylor (1921–2006), co-founder of Oktoberfest and of FAC, the Conny Taylor Scholarship Fund awards scholarships to dancers or musicians of any age who demonstrate motivation and have a financial need. The scholarship may cover half or all of the cost of full-time lodging, meals, and activities at Oktoberfest. For complete information, download the 2019 Scholarship Application Form. Applications must be received by Friday, September 20, 2019; the selected applicants are notified by Friday, September 27. Donations to the Scholarship Fund are welcome.
