Individual workshops and evening parties (pre-registration not required)

$20 each (no FAC discounts)

Registration

If you plan to attend for only a single day or less, see the online Part-time Registration Form (to be posted in the summer) for meals and activities.

Registration that includes meals is needed by September 29. All payments are due by Thursday, October 5. Advance registration is not needed for individual workshops or parties ($20 each).

The online Registration Forms offer the option for paying by check or by PayPal (with your PayPal account or with a credit card). Please note: for this event, FAC cannot accept credit card payment by phone. Checks are preferred for all payments, and should be made payable to “Folk Arts Center of New England” and mailed to:

Cancelation policy: For cancelations prior to September 29, all fees will be refunded, less a $35 processing charge. After September 29, fees will be refunded, less a $35 processing charge, only if we are able to fill your space.

Consider becoming an FAC member!

Before you register, join the Folk Arts Center ($30 per young adult aged 21–29; $50 per adult aged 30 and up; $90 per family) and save $10 on the registration fee per young adult, adult, or teen camper. Your membership will be good through the following year.

Work exchange

A few camper slots may be available offering a $100 discount in exchange for work at the admission table, sweeping, and other jobs. If you are interested in applying for a work exchange position, check the “Yes” work exchange box on the Full-time Registration Form, to be posted in the summer.

Conny Taylor Oktoberfest Scholarship

In memory of Conny Taylor (1921–2006), co-founder of Oktoberfest and of FAC, the Conny Taylor Scholarship Fund awards scholarships to dancers or musicians of any age who demonstrate motivation and have a financial need. The scholarship may cover half or all of the cost of full-time lodging, meals, and activities at Oktoberfest. For complete information, download the Scholarship Application Form, to be posted in the summer. Applications must be received by Friday, September 22, 2017; the selected applicants are notified by Friday, September 29. Donations to the Scholarship Fund are welcome.
