Fees and registration
Labor Day Weekend at Pinewoods, September 1–5, 2017
Shown below are the fees for the 2016 session. The fees for 2017 will be posted in the winter.
Fees include all classes, activities, lodging, and meals.
Adults aged 25 and over... $320 (FAC or CDS members... $310)
Young adults aged 16–24... $270 (FAC or CDS members... $260)
Children aged 13–15... $225 (FAC or CDS members... $215)
Children aged 7–12... $170
Children aged 4–6... $120
Children aged 2–3... $75
Children under age 2... $30
If you’re not already an FAC or CDS-Boston Centre member, consider joining FAC or CDS now to save $10 on the camp registration fee per person aged 13 and over. Please note that membership in the Country Dance and Song Society (CDSS) does not qualify campers for the CDS-Boston Centre discount.
To register for Labor Day Weekend at Pinewoods, fill out and submit the online Application Form (to be posted in early 2017) by noon on Thursday, August 31. You will receive an email from the FAC office confirming receipt of your application. You may use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover card or your PayPal account to pay your deposit online. If you do not wish to pay online, you may phone the FAC office at 781-438-4387 to pay by credit card, or you may mail your check to the office. Payment by check is preferred for all fees. The deposit is $150 per adult aged 16 and over, $100 per child aged 4-15, and $30 per child aged 3 and under.

Cancelation policy: For cancelations prior to August 1, all fees will be refunded, minus a $25 processing charge. For cancelations made between August 1 and 15, fees will be refunded minus a $100 processing charge. After August 15, there will be no refunds unless we are able to fill your space.
