How do I reset my password to something I can remember?

Once you have logged in, go to My Account-(user name) in the top blue banner. On the left side of that page, select Personal Info. In the Personal Information window that appears in the center of the page, scroll down to the New Password field and enter your desired password. Don’t forget to hit the “Save” button at the bottom of the page!

I don’t want to register on the auction site. Can I submit or bid on an item without that?

No, registering an account is a requirement of the hosting site. You can use a fake name, though. You just need to use a working email address.

The photo I uploaded with my submission isn’t right-side up. How do I fix it?

The Auction administrators will fix your photo when they review your submission.

I don’t know how to price my item. Can you do it for me?

You must set a starting price in order to post a new auction item. If you’re really not sure, put in a random price and include a note to the Auction administrators in your item’s description, asking for help setting a starting price.

I don’t want to pay with PayPal/don’t have a credit or debit card. Can I just send a check to FAC?

Please note on your check that it is an Auction payment, and if you include a note stating what you purchased, we will be your best friends!

I thought I logged in, but the page didn’t change. What else do I have to do to access the auction?

After entering your user name and password and clicking the Log In button, you must click on FAC Auction in the top left corner of the page to get to the auction.

How can I see all the items in the auction?

To see all items in the auction, click on any item and then select All Auctions in the main menu.

I won multiple items. Can I pay for them all in one lump sum?

No, unfortunately. You must click through the payment steps outlined here for each item.
